The company offers a large network of subcontractors to choose from. they make the purchasing process more efficient by automating many steps and giving employees a better overview of their construction projects. They make sure the entire process happens in one central place in a digital web-based environment, as opposed to the traditional process which often involves desktop software or even paper printouts. For now, we are targeting the German-speaking market, but in the future, we are planning to expand to other European countries.
As of October 2021, the team was 95 people across the entire company.
No – for almost all Product and Tech roles. The entire product and all technical resources are available in English, and they only communicate in English in the Product/Tech team.

The company expects their team members to work 40 hours per week, as agreed in the contract. However, they are fully flexible regarding specific working hours and do not have “core working hours” that people need to adhere to.
The company does not have “on-call times” and people generally do not work overtime. Although they expect team members to perform well and make progress on their tasks at a good pace, the team is not a high-pressure environment where tight deadlines are a regular occurrence. They always leave buffers in our planning to make sure of that.
