Tasks:
  • As a team lead, you will take on the disciplinary and technical leadership of a growing team
  • With your technical knowledge in the field of PLC, measurement technology, sensors, control technology and robotics, you will take over the planning, coordination and control of product development
  • You are a coach for developers and actively promote communication and cooperation between the individual team members
  • You define the requirements of the projects and work closely with the specialist departments and company's international customers
  • You'll build assistance systems up to full automation for the cranes and use the most modern methods of control technology up to artificial intelligence
Must-have:
  • You have completed technical training, for example in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation technology or mechanical engineering
  • You already have several years of relevant professional experience
  • You define the requirements of new topics and work independently on projects and like to share your knowledge in a team
  • You have knowledge of measurement technology, robotics and sensor technology
  • You communicate proactively and like to take on responsibility
