Description
Tasks
- Take over ownership of designing, developing, testing and maintaining company’s native Android App
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team (Product Manager, UX/UI Designer, Developers, Data Engineer) to further drive the functionality and adoption of the app
- Write clean and well-tested code
- Work with the Google Firebase platform as well as BLE/IoT applications
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
Must-have
- Degree in computer science, engineering or in a related field
- 5+ years proven track of relevant work experience as an Android App Developer
- Deep understanding and proficiency in building native Android apps in Kotlin from scratch
- Deep knowledge of the Android SDK and also experience with the Google Firebase platform
- Extensive experience in working with Android Studio
- Experience in publishing apps on Google Play store
- Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN
- You show desire and ability to expand expertise into additional mobile languages and the willingness to learn new things everyday
Nice-to-have
- Hands-on experience
- To be a good team player and help teammates
- Good knowledge of iOS development
- Good knowledge of API, PHP, and Backend programming
- Good knowledge of English language
