Description
Currently, they are seeking a highly motivated Configuration Manager with strong technical expertise to join their team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing DreamApply configuration projects, providing technical support to clients, and collaborating closely with their Product Owner, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

- Manage DreamApply configuration projects by defining project goals, activities, and time-frame and making sure the project is successfully carried out
- Guide, train, and support clients throughout the configuration project in the agreed scope
- Offer DreamApply clients technical support and help them with their questions
- Report issues, bugs, and development ideas from clients and create tickets to the system used by the company
- Support and advise Sales and Customer Success teams from the technical side (including technical demos for potential clients)
Must-have:
- Several years of experience as a Configuration Manager or in a related role
- Proven experience in the Higher Education sector, such as working with or for universities, colleges, or other educational institutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferably from a technical university or equivalent
- Excellent command of English (C1 level); proficiency in an additional foreign language is an advantage
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to streamline complex processes and effectively guide end-users through the adoption of new systems and workflows
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in configuration management
