QA Lead

They are looking for someone who’d take the lead in their QA work. QA Lead will be planning and implementing the strategy for testing their software. Make calls on the tools, approaches and best practices.

Tasks:
  • Build and implement software testing strategy
  • Decide on the right mix of manual and automated testing approaches and where do they fit
  • Write and execute testing scenarios for Minterest protocols and apps
  • Coordinate the QA team
  • Align the software testing strategy with the engineering teams
  • Follow software testing best practices
Must-have:
  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing and test automation
  • Strong communication skills and work ethics
  • Great attention to details
  • Desire to make an impact
  • GMT +0 - +4 time zone
