Please note that the project described below is a contractor role where work is usually done on an hourly basis. The duration of the project is also fixed. In order to work as a contractor, you typically need to have an individual entrepreneurship, limited liability company or invoice via a co-operative using a service for light entrepreneurship.When you accept the project, we will sign a time and materials based subcontracting agreement between Toughbyte and your legal entity before you start work. We provide all the necessary help with arranging interviews and negotiations between you and the client, and will also going be the ones to send the invoices for your work.

Description
Tasks:
- You will be responsible for building a data pipeline and data lake solution for the Tagsurnace system that can be used for data analytics, machine learning, and real-time data processing
Must-have:
- Proven few years of work experience in back-end development, data pipelines, and data lake solutions
- Drive to guide less experienced team members
- Good knowledge with Typescript, NodeJS, API Development, REST, WS, protobuf
- Good knowledge with Cloud Native, AWS
- Monitoring and observability experience
- Message broker and streaming solutions (E.g. Kafka, Kinesis, etc) experince
- Experience with ETL process, data lake, and data warehouse solutions
- Linux, Kubernetes experience
- CI / CD, test automation
- Architecture design
- Data security and privacy
Nice-to-have:
- AI, ML
- You want to build robust and maintainable systems running in factories and cloud
