Must have skills:
  • Ruby on Rails experience 3-5+ years. Relevant other experience also counted for, but there’s a need to have expertise in RoR to be able to jump in to the projects. They are the oldest Ruby on Rails house in Finland and most experienced in it.
  • Ability and will to be in straight contact with the customers in e.g. Flowdock (they do not have any dedicated project managers to do the communication, they have found it to be best this way)
  • Be a nice person to work with
Good to have skills:
  • Good self-leadership skills and ability to organize one’s time. Beneficial when working with a 2-3 project at the same time
  • Interest in developing the company and its practices forward
  • Ability to take  responsibility and take ideas into action
