Tasks:
  • Develop, monitor, and control a project's scope, cost, time, and quality
  • Develop a project management plan from concept to final release phase
  • Evaluate project goals and opportunities from business strategic and financial perspectives
  • Control and manage the available budget
  • Assist the company in implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning system
  • Report to senior IT Project Manager based in Hong Kong
  • Support and motivate others, encourage them to achieve their goals, and align with the organization's goals
  • Understand issues and challenges of internal customers and provide them with excellent service
  • Match hardware and software requests of internal customers with internal policies and procedures.
Must-have:
  • Experience in Project Management (Full Life Cycle preferable)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision
  • Fluent English and Upper-Intermediate German (B1-B2)
  • Attention to detail and good time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamic Business Central
