Technical Analyst

Tasks:
  • Proactively identify, elicit and document requirements from all the stakeholders involved in a project
  • Identify all the required counterparts so that the requirements can be signed off and delivered to systems for implementation
  • Steer the development teams during the analysis, implementation, and delivery phases of prominent projects
  • Take over the technical project management in demanding projects
  • Be responsible for planning new and enhancing existing IT architecture components, in alignment with the Head of IT, while maintaining a clear view of overall technical solutions and individual client circumstances
  • Collect, document, and analyze user requirements to find functional and non-functional requirements, to create and maintain technical documentation and workflows, using agile methods and modern approaches within the scope of strategic IT implementation for clients
  • Help with the planning and maintenance of the budget, the licenses, and the third-party contracts
Must-have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT engineering, or Business Informatics
  • At least 2-3 years of experience within business, being able to translate business requirements to technical requirements
  • Experience updating/installing API
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps methodologies
  • Familiarity with all the stages of development for successful IT organizations and IT processes
  • Proactivity, commitment, and high ownership level
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop, implement and communicate technical decisions regarding functional and non-functional requirements
  • Experience with Technical project management
  • Fluent in English
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience in delivering customer-centric cloud-native solutions on the web and mobile
  • Broad knowledge of web and native mobile architectures focused on modern technologies such as GraphQL, React, Node.js, and NoSQL
  • Good knowledge of cloud environments, better if AWS, focusing on serverless technologies
  • Knowledge of German, French OR Italian is a plus
  • Any certification in the architectural field (i.e., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) is an advantage
  • Previous experience with a complex and international working environment
