Description
Tasks:
- Build Salesforce applications and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform
- According to your experience, you will contribute to the growth of the team (e.g. mentoring, delivery, quality, …)
- Perform the operations in a DevOps model
- Carrying out general application development activities including component tests, provision of codes for the development environment and technical documentation
- Self-contained further education in the mentioned subject areas as well as assistance with cross and upskilling measures in the team
Must-have:
- 4+ years of salesforce platform development experience
- Willingness to move to Portugal
- Agile mindset (respect, collaboration, improvement and learning cycles, pride in ownership, focus on delivering value, and the ability to adapt to change etc.
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree in IT and/or comparable job expertise
- Experience in using CI/CD tools like GitLab, Copado beneficial
- Experience in using project management and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Willingness to work in an agile setup, to think outside the box and to help overcome roadblocks
- Ability to solve problems in a creative way with a high awareness for quality;
- Result-oriented and communicative team player

- Coding challenge (a small project with some integration, will take 4-8 hours; the assignment will be sent to the candidate and he/she has a week to complete it);
- Tech interview, including the coding challenge discussion
