Description
Right now they are looking for a Remote Design Director who knows how does digital advertising work, how eye-catching creatives are made and how to manage the design team.
Tasks
Tasks
- Transforming Client briefs into Designer-friendly tasks
- Managing production team members workload (6 full-time employees including sub-team)
- Controlling the creatives quality, collecting and processing the feedback
- Setting up and optimizing internal team processes; mentoring, teaching and hiring
- Taking the "playing coach" role when needed
Must have:
- 2+ years experience as a Director/Lead/Head
- Experience managing Digital Advertising teams
- Strong Digital Advertising portfolio, experience with Motion and Interactive design
- Ability to justify the decision made and stand up for it in front of the Client
- Hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe CC suite
- Fluent B2-C1 English
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with the South-East Asia market
- Experience working with Salesforce, Slack and Google Workplace
- Knowledge of the modern web and advertising technologies
