Description
Archipelo is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead product development on the frontier code context and software delivery. A successful applicant is an expert dealing with large data sets, algorithms and the software development lifecycle. You will help their team prioritize, design, iterate and test multiple products. You will help lead their product management efforts to collect data, generate data insights, develop prototypes, tools, and products that inform decision-making for cybersecurity professionals.
Tasks:
- Manage product from concept to design, production, test, forecast, cost, promotion, and support
- Create clear product roadmaps to align our design and engineering teams
- Manage and implement marketing activities with research, strategic planning, and implementation
- Create clear PRDs and feature specification documents
- Communicate product strategy to relevant participants and stakeholders
- Define user stories in alignment with product feature and UX requirements
- Create and maintain internal documentation for new features and aspects of their platform
- Prioritize product backlog and ensure feature delivery with engineering and data science teams
- Drive growth objectives including distribution, installation, activation, usage and engagement metrics
- Recruit and interview top engineer, data science, and product design talent
Must-have:
- 5+ years of professional product management experience
- Expertise in managing data-heavy, complex software products and programs
- Ability to learn and evaluate new technologies quickly
- Understanding of backend and frontend technologies (e.g. Python/Java/C++, Javascript/TypeScript/Nodejs/React)
- Expertise with teams in an Agile/DevOps CI/CD environment
- Working knowledge of DevOps best practices to automate workflows
Nice-to-have:
- 10+ years professional experience in product management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science/engineering, mathematics, physics, or other related technical field with equivalent practical experience
- Experience writing code and using developer tools
- Experience with search, data engineering, and machine learning
- Experience with enterprise architecture and deployment on-premises
