HelloTickets is building the largest global marketplace for travel experiences, for now they are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join the team remotely
Tasks:
Tasks:
- Implement and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines: Design, set up, and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines to streamline software development and deployment processes
- Infrastructure Management: Automate and manage the infrastructure using tools like Terraform
- Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Monitor applications and infrastructure for performance and reliability. Use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc., for proactive performance tuning
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with software developers to ensure best practices in release management and deployment are followed
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Actively troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and production, catching and solving issues before launch
- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure and systems, and report on key metrics
Must have:
- 5+ years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the leading cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)
- Technology skills in a broad selection of Terraform, ELK, Grafana, Kubernetes, Docker, Istio, Helm, Git, Bash, CI/CD
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Previous exposure to technologies like Bitbucket, Grafana, Jira, ArgoCD, TeamCity, or similar
- Commitment to meeting timelines and resolving issues promptly
- Strong teamwork skills
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Fluent knowledge of Russian
