The largest global marketplace for travel experiences is looking for a QA Lead to join the team and contribute to the overall success of the team:
Tasks:
Tasks:
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and implementation of release processes. Ensure that all releases meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule
- Develop and implement quality assurance best practices and standards. Conduct thorough testing to identify potential issues before release
- Continuously evaluate and improve release and testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to align release activities with business objectives
Must-have:
- Minimum of 5 years in a QA role with at least 2 years focusing on release management
- Proven experience in software quality assurance and release management
- Excellent management skills, extreme attention to detail, ability to multitask
- Self-starter who can develop solutions to solve challenges
- Knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, Playwright
- Experience in backend functional testing using Postman/Swagger
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complexities in a fast-paced environment
- English-B2
- Fluent Russian
