Magic Media is currently looking for a talented Cloud Engineer, who will be part of every technical brainstorm and discussion on how to solve the problems the company faces. The candidate will be expected to have technical oversight of the cloud architecture/infrastructure and backend stack of a specific project. This includes proposing changes, flagging issues as well as being responsible for maintaining and improving general quality standards of the whole backend.

Must-have:
  • Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with cloud architecture/development
  • Cloud: advanced in-depth knowledge of AWS services, especially networking
  • Go: minimum 2 years of experience
  • IaC: advanced experience in Terraform/OpenTofu
  • Kubernetes: solid knowledge, able to create/manage a cluster comfortably
  • Good grasp of web application security
  • Some SQL experience
  • CI/CD and automation
  • Problem solver
  • Speak, read and write in English
  • Be a team player
