An Art Lead will play a crucial role in shaping the visual direction and quality of the company's games. Reporting to the Game Producer and Game Director, the Art Lead will lead a talented team of artists, ensuring that the games meet the highest aesthetic and technical standards. The mission will be to work hands-on across all visual deliverables—including art assets, UI, VFX, and animation—while also managing and mentoring the art team. • Lead and personally contribute to the creation and delivery of all art assets, including 2D and 3D visuals, VFX, UI/UX, Animation, and more
  • Maintain a consistent visual style, ensuring all assets are cohesive and meet the company's high-quality standards
  • Work closely with game design and engineering teams to understand and communicate gameplay mechanics through visuals
  • Anticipate project challenges, propose solutions, and set high-level goals for the team. Optimize art content for performance across various platforms while balancing visual quality
  • Mentor, manage, and work alongside the Art team, sharing best practices and contributing directly to art deliverables
