Description
Tasks:

In your first 3 months:
- Define product priorities for Devex’s News Division
- Translate stakeholder and user input into context and feedback for the team
- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize the product feature backlog
- Follow the sprint progress and coordinate the resolution of production issues
- Communicate product updates to the rest of the company

In your first year:
- Plan releases and upgrades for product features
- Create vision and direction for your scrum team and stakeholders
- Define the high-level roadmap and sprint priorities for your scrum team
- Keep track of industry trends and integrate them into the Product Team’s vision
- Continuously improve your scrum team’s agile workflow
Must-have skills:
- 2 years of experience as Product Owner in an Agile environment
- Strong skills in written and spoken English
- Demonstrated experience as Product Owner in an Agile environment
- EU work authorization
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience in international development, job boards or media organizations
