Description
Tasks:
- Design and refine user interfaces and experiences UI/UX for the company's flagship products, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing
- Collaborate closely with founders, bioinformaticians, clients and developers to align design solutions with functional requirements and user needs
- Conduct user research and prototype testing to gather feedback and improve design decisions
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure cohesion across all platforms
- Stay informed about design trends and best practices to continuously enhance the product offerings
Must-have:
- At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally working on B2B, administrative interfaces or scientific/technical products
- Strong skills in designing complex, data-heavy interfaces with a focus on usability and clarity
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch
- Hands-on experience conducting UX research and user testing
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively
- A passion for simplifying complex workflows and making advanced tools accessible to diverse user groups
