Tasks:
  • Design and refine user interfaces and experiences UI/UX for the company's flagship products, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing
  • Collaborate closely with founders, bioinformaticians, clients and developers to align design solutions with functional requirements and user needs
  • Conduct user research and prototype testing to gather feedback and improve design decisions
  • Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure cohesion across all platforms
  • Stay informed about design trends and best practices to continuously enhance the product offerings
Must-have:
  • At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally working on B2B, administrative interfaces or scientific/technical products
  • Strong skills in designing complex, data-heavy interfaces with a focus on usability and clarity
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch
  • Hands-on experience conducting UX research and user testing
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively
  • A passion for simplifying complex workflows and making advanced tools accessible to diverse user groups

  2. 1-hour culture-fit call with the CEO, CTO and Head of Development
  3. Test assignment – a take-home design task to assess practical skills
  4. Final 1-hour interview – to discuss the test task results and overall fit for the role
