We’re excited to announce an opportunity for an IT System Administrator!

As an IT System Administrator, you will take ownership of the workplace and local, technical support!

We are looking for a person that can work in collaboration with our suppliers to offer excellent service, someone that has a talent for incident management and is a service-minded team player.

What does the role look like?

  • Asset management, purchases, IT hardware and software licenses according to user needs. 
  • Workstations and peripherals setup and installation in our order process. 
  • Responsible for office IT hardware in meeting rooms and workspaces. 
  • User support in terms of the operating system and installed applications. 
  • License management from an operational view. 
  • Creating and maintaining documentation of IT systems and services. 
  • Updates and supervision of systems repair in the event of failure. 
  • Cooperation with external IT services during the warranty period and after its end.

Are we a great match?

  • To master the role of IT System Administrator we believe that you have a great interest in workplace with a very good knowledge of Windows and MS O365. 
  • You have probably worked in a smaller organization where you did a little bit of everything. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar role is required. 
  • You are required to have a basic knowledge of computer networking and the ability to think analytically and troubleshoot. 
  • You are fluent in English with strong communication skills, self-organized and work well both independently as well as in a team. 
  • You speak Swedish at a communicative level. 
  • You have experience with service desk workflows and ITSM. 
  • Strong alignment with our Employee DNA. 

It’s great if you have (but not a must!):

  • Previous experience with: Azure AD, AD, Share point, scripting, Linux, ServiceNow 
  • If you enjoy incident management, that is a plus.
