Structural Designer

Tasks:
  • Development of complex mechanisms and their integration into load-bearing structures, e.g. aircraft seats
  • Development of CS-23 aircraft seat structures from new concepts to prototyping, certification and series production
  • Modification and support activities for the existing PC-24 and PC-12 products
  • Creation of drawings and bill of materials in 3D CAD Unigraphics NX and PDM system Teamcenter
  • Integration in aircraft interiors of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Execution of structural work in the areas of interior design and structural design
Must-have:
  • Design engineer with further training as a mechanical engineer BSc or higher
  • Good knowledge of the 3D CAD system NX12, incl. "Surface Modelling"
  • Goal-orientated mindset with a high sense of quality and responsibility
  • Ability to work on several tasks in parallel and to prioritise
  • Good written and spoken English and strong communication skills 
Nice-to-have:
  • Professional experience in aircraft or lightweight construction 
  • German language skills
