Description
Tasks:
- Designing and analyzing modern customer environments in the areas of hardware and software as well as with cloud services from achermann ict-services ag and Microsoft
- Implementing client management solutions based on Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID, and as a strong team player, you will take on sub-project responsibility and technical customer advice
- Defining and documenting new solutions for customers and for internal use
- Support in technically complex third-level support
Must-have:
- You have successfully completed basic IT training and have subsequently built up and expanded your IT experience for at least two years
- You are very familiar with Windows operating systems
- You already have experience with Microsoft 365 products such as Intune, Teams or Exchange online
- You have solid experience in the areas of Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server
- You are familiar with Powershell
- You have basic experience with the products Vmware vSphere and Veeam Backup
- You are enthusiastic about new technologies and want to advance professionally
- You are a team player, service-oriented and enjoy customer contact
- You have good written and spoken communication skills (German) and can also communicate in English
